All About Zodiac Signs

Zodiac signs have been used by people all over the world to get a glimpse of a person’s basic characteristics, preferences, weaknesses and strengths. Each sign was made by analysing the projection of the position of planets, and the Sun and the Moon on the Ecliptic at the moment of birth. The origin of the zodiac came from the Greeks. The word zodiac means “circle of animals” in Greek, it is now a term used to describe the circle of twelve 30° divisions of celestial longitude that are centred upon the ecliptic (the path of the sun).

There are twelve zodiac signs in total. There has been recent information released on the internet about there being a thirteenth zodiac sign, although it has not been confirmed yet and I don’t necessarily want to believe it. Below is some information describing the 12 zodiac signs:

Scorpio – October 23 to November 21 ∙ Passionate, resourceful, loyal, secretive, jealous.
